VFMPL was formed by founder directors V.K. Venkateswaran and P.H. Parvathy to provide clean and hygienic work conditions in Goa. It was established as a housekeeping co. in 1999 with the aim of providing professional cleaning services for upholstery and other common facilities at hotels, hospitals and manufacturing companies.

Soon the company diversified to provide a gamut of facility management services including housekeeping, building management solutions and other employee services like staffing, pay roll management, data entry operations. The company also assists to create manpower solutions integrated with Information Technology.

VFMPL manpower solutions has also collaborated with Kantar Group (World's leading research, data and insight company) for Front Line Research Data Analysis.
